小确幸
Is a phrase created by Haruki Murakami in his collection of essays "Afternoon in the Islets of Langerhans". In Japanese, it means 小さいけれども、確かな幸福, which translates to " little but certain happiness".
Frankly, only the little things in life brings me joy - collecting new books, sipping ice lattes in the morning, or that "god doesn't love me" part in epik high's amor fati.
As a creative outlet from my thesis, I've started recording one min videos of each week until my graduation. at least, I'm attempting to. and yes, it's on my shitty iphone 5s.
